 WHERE HAS GOD PLACED SALVATION?  [4]

          Where has God placed salvation today (Hebrews 5:1-9; Acts 2:47; Ephesians 5:23)?  The New Testament teaches that Christ will save those who obey Him.  It further teaches that God adds the saved to His church that Jesus built.  Once a person is saved, he becomes a member of Christ’s church.  There are no other people saved who are outside Christ’s church.  When we are baptized into Christ, we receive forgiveness of sin and thus are added to His church.
